Babaji says that the true duty is action, that lazy people are dead people. Babaji does not love laziness, he teaches us to be active and work hard to obtain success in life.

He teaches us that work is worship, because we live in Karma Yuga, the age of action: only those who act are considered living beings, in laziness man is dead.

Very dangerous and disastrous times are about to come, so the Lord says we must be well prepared to face these times through action.
